Everything we make at Christina Devine is made-to-order, for you.

We’re passionate about bringing conscientiousness back to the craft of dressmaking. To be able to customise every order, we do not hold any stock. Using zero-waste cutting techniques, every dress is cut and made once an order is placed. 

The fashion industry has a growing returns problem. Given that every Christina Devine dress is customised and lovingly made for you using your measurements, any return would ultimately go to waste.

This means no returns, exchanges or refunds

Once your order is placed and we have collected your measurements, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds. This is all part of our conscious effort to help reduce the impact that fashion has upon the environment.

Cancellations

If you change your mind, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before we've collected your measurements. Once your measurements have been collected we begin to cut your fabric and an order cannot be cancelled.

Defective or damaged items

This is not to say we don’t pride ourselves on our customer service nor the quality of our dresses. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
